Element79 Gold's Crown Jewel in Peru
Formerly operated as the Shila mine from 1989 to 2005, Lucero consists of 10,805 hectares located in the Chila mountain range of Southern Peru, which contains several historic high-grade Au-Ag mines that were operated from the late 1980s to 2005 with small-scale artisanal mining ongoing since 2005.
Lucero consistently delivered high-grades during its past years of commercial operations, and between 1998 and 2005 reported annual production averaging approximately 20,000 ounces of gold and 435,000 ounces of silver per year at grades of 14.7 g/t gold and 450 g/t silver, with recoveries at the ore processing facility averaging 94.5% for gold and 85.5% for silver.

Element79 Gold Corp has transitioned from an acquisition-develop-sell to to a cash flow generating producer with the upcoming restart of production at the Lucero Mine, augmented by exploring to develop resource values from Lucero's veins and high-probability drilling targets.

2023 Channel Sampling
1.3MMT of 1.5g/t AuEq in dry-stacked tailings on site where the former processing plant operated; Aiming to:
1) pull samples from tailings to generate a 43-101 mineral resource estimate and a PEA to process the tailings;
2) build a new 350tpd plant to solve the environmental hazard, create local jobs and generate revenue to fund operations and exploration.

Artisanal miners are currently producing an estimated 400-500 tons of high-grade ore per month, highlighting the immediate revenue generating potential of the mine.
